This group provides a great opportunity for children to develop social and play skills, explore fun new activities and make new friends while parents get the opportunity to enjoy some deserved time to themselves.

Social Skills Group
Age: 6-11
Dates: Every Monday for 6 weeks,
Time: 6:00-7:30
Fee: $210 * SSAH funding may be used for this service
Location: Brampton Soccer Centre

Children will be guided through the Model Me: I can do it™ curriculum where they will learn how to make friends, follow instructions, work as a team, appropriate social behaviour and much more. Staff Ratio 1:5
Each student will receive their own “I can do it™” workbook with take home activities you can do together that support each week's lesson.

Ages: 11-18
Dates: Every Thursday, for 6 weeks
Time: 6:00 -8:00pm
Fees: $235 ** SSAH funds may be used for this
Location: Fortinos Community Room (upstairs)
35 Worthington Ave, Brampton (Bovaird Dr./Brisdale Dr.)
In this group children learn the essential life skills that help them to build the skills necessary to transition them through the teen years and into adulthood successfully. Conveniently located in the Fortinos grocery store in Brampton, your child will have an opportunity to learn essential math skills through money management activities, budgeting, nutrition, how to interact with store professionals, and all while having fun, making friends and building life skills that lead to greater independence.

*Healthy nut-free snacks will be provided during each session.
